If I had the chance to teach students online, from little kids in fourth grade all the way to young adults in university, I would treat it like planting a garden where every seed grows at its own pace. For the little ones, I would fill our online space with color, games, and laughter, because when learning feels like play, they forget they are even studying. As they grow older, I would slowly hand over the reins, letting them watch lessons on their own time so that when we meet together, we can solve real problems, share opinions, and connect what they learn to the world outside. For my university students, I would give them space to explore deeply on their own, but I would make sure our live sessions become a place where ideas clash and grow, where they feel heard and challenged. No matter the age, I would always remind myself that behind every screen is a real person with their own story, their own struggles, and their own little spark of curiosity. If I can help keep that spark alive, then I know I have done my job well.
