I hold a bachelor's degree in Consumer Science, specialising in Hospitality Management, from the University of South Africa (UNISA) which was awarded Cum Laude and currently enrolled for Honours. I am a qualified training Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator. I believe in Life-long learning and have completed multiple online courses including a 120 hour Professional TEFL Certificate. I have over 5 years' experience teaching college students in a face to face setting as well as providing workplace up-skilling. As a qualified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator in South Africa, I have worked with corporate institutions providing trainings in Business Administration, Contact Centre Management and Generic Management. I give guidance, practical examples and encourage students to take charge of their learning. I believe in enjoying the learning experience for better results instead of focusing on the end goal which most likely bring anxiety. I like sharing knowledge with others and exchanging ideas. I am a career student and understand learningg challenges very well and seek to improve and make a difference in the education sector
