I teach English in middle school.
I use simple language to teach.
I asses my learner every week,both oral and wrote especially in essays and sentence making.
I correct my student,and if they haven't understood I repeat and redo the task untill they get it.
I treat my students fairly and I listen to their complaints and take them seriously.
I go Through their work personally so that I get to know if they understand what I have taught.
I cherish every moment with my learners.
I have invested in learning materials that I use.
