My teaching psylosopy is real time market insights into class room teaching for better understanding of concepts. I am always focus on objective oriented programmes. I am always encouraged my students to focus on analytical thinking for better career opportunities. Case studies discussion is the best way to improve their analytical thinking abilities. And ask the students to identify gaps in the society, gaps means society problems, view them as opportunities. Ask them to fill that gap with your skill and knowledge and start your career as a entrepreneur. I am also showing stock market screen to my students to learn concepts in a practical way. I am also teaching operations research subject, which will help the students to improve their analytical thinking skills. I am also design curriculum for both UG/PG students.i am try fill the gap between industry and academia.I will also provide traing on NISM modules for better career opportunities.
