In teaching sector, students can not learn base on a single methodology, I engaged students and use different methods of teaching in imparting them knowledge. I planned a good lesson note which serves as guide for me when teaching and I make sure my behavioral objectives is tally with my evaluation,
I made my conclusion in such a way that it will cover all what I have discussed earlier on, I gives assignments in order to test or assessed what they have learned so far. Finally I explained over again to those that didn't understand what we have taught so far, to make my teaching an effective one. I do adhere to corrections of my students parents and also learnt from mistakes, I do engaged my students in many activities because there is an adage that said practice make perfection.
I do study my students socially, emotional and psychologically to know the problem they are facing which can hindrance my teaching.
Like some teachers, I didn't allow money to be my priority but what I am imparting my students. I am so smart and hard working at my job
