I teach student based on their personality and their capability of learning things. Many students learn things very fast and many learns slowly. I teach and guide them equally. I find out the Student's weakness first so that I can work on it. While teaching, if my student don’t understand any topic, I repeat it as many times needed, making it as much simple as I can. I make the student feel like I'm their big brother, rather than being a teacher so that they can communicate with me without any hesitation and barrier.
