My teaching philosophy is centered on building a supportive and active learning environment where student feel safe and take intellectual risk.

My methodology is heavily rooted in differentiated instruction. In my classroom I don't just lecture I use pjocect - based learning to make content relatable. Fot instance I always divide my class into smaller groups based on skill level fo guided practice while offering advanced optional for faster learners.

As a result this approach allowed me to tailor my teaching resultsing a 30% improvement in student participation and significantly better end of year assessment scores.

Showing sympathy and concern for a student and trying solving their problem makes me a good teacher.
