I am a maths teacher who have already taught for 2 years in G.R.S.D public School, Mandi gobindgarh, Punjab.I used to teach the students of 5th to 10th grade Students.
Students got fun and skilled environment while attending my class.I also taught the students through online classes during Covid Period.The online classes worked very well and the students got keen interest within my classes.I understand the individual's basic need to learn mathematics and do my best for making one understand about a particular problem.There are individual differences among the students and i reach out them and help them in learning the particular topic.Being a teacher, my goals are :-
1- To make my student confident.
2- To provide him a environment free of hesitation.
3- To make the problem simpler.
4- To help him with the hints first then complete solution.
5- To connect with the student in a friendly manner.
6- Avoid rote learning.
7- Empower the conceptual Understanding.
8- Clearing the doubts of students by giving examples as well as non- examples.
9- Following the learner centred approach rather than teacher centred approach.
10- Providing the student a well mannered class room.
