I won't say that I am perfect, but I will try my best to teach your child and provide knowledge to the highest level, so that they become confident enough to speak infront of others. I generally assess the existing knowledge of the student then according to the student's knowledge I prepare the lesson plan. And I am sure from my current experience that improvement is fixed to happen. As I am not that much old I can build a friendly behaviour with the student and teach him/her like an elder sister, and provide updated knowledge using the new innovative ideas and techniques.
