Hello, I’m Dharani,
I am a passionate yoga practitioner and a 3rd-year student of Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from India, the birthplace of yoga. Through my academic training and personal practice, I have developed a deep understanding of yoga, human anatomy, and natural healing principles.
My approach to teaching combines traditional yogic wisdom with scientific understanding of the body, helping students practice yoga in a safe, simple, and effective way.
I conduct beginner-friendly online yoga sessions designed to help individuals improve flexibility, reduce stress, enhance breathing, and develop better mind–body balance.
My sessions include: • Foundational yoga asanas for strength and flexibility
• Pranayama techniques for better breathing and mental clarity
• Relaxation and stress-relief practices
• Basic yogic lifestyle guidance inspired by naturopathy
My goal is to make authentic yoga accessible to everyone, especially beginners who want to start their yoga journey with proper guidance.
