Josphat KazungahMathematics teacher/instructional aide

I don't have only mathematical knowledge but I have effectively cause students to understand, think and persist. When teaching I don't follow procedures but I explain why the method works. Students remember concepts longer and can solve unfamiliar problems. I have the ability to break complex ideas into simpler and smaller pieces which are easy to understand. Mathematics allows different approaches and students are free to express themselves and I guide them through. I use guided questions so that students discover for themselves and this make it easy for them. I have a track record at my former school Nemakonde High of being the best teacher for 5 consecutive years(2019-2023) as indicated by the school's Zimsec final Examinations pass rate at the school.
