For clients recovering from injuries, I provide rehabilitation-focused exercises for ACL, knee, wrist, shoulder, and lower back to restore strength and mobility safely.

With consistent training and proper guidance, clients can expect improvements in strength, endurance, body composition, mobility, and overall fitness.
