I totally trust in evidence based teaching in nursing and i don’t believe in mugging the topic instead i love to describe with different methods via ppt videos made by myself. and the method itself makes me a great teacher because students not only learn the topic throughly but also that learning works in different competitive exams as well. I also take the feedback from the students monthly so that there is the possibility of changing the method of teaching, teaching style and language and making it more easier for the students.
