I am a dedicated and student-centered English teacher who is passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every learner feels supported and motivated to succeed. My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process and when the classroom atmosphere encourages curiosity, confidence, and open communication. I place strong importance on helping students become confident communicators and thoughtful readers. Writing instruction in my classroom focuses not only on technical accuracy but also on creativity, organization, and the development of a unique voice.

I regularly evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies, allowing me to monitor learning, provide constructive feedback, and adjust my teaching methods to support individual student needs. My goal is to ensure that each learner receives the guidance and encouragement necessary to improve and achieve their academic potential.
