I am an academician in the field of commerce, with specialisation in accounting and finance and other commerce-related subjects. I hold a Ph.D. in Commerce from Vikram University and have qualified for the UGC National Eligibility Test. With more than a decade of experience in higher education, I have been actively involved in teaching, research, and academic administration.
My teaching interests include accounting, financial management, and commerce-related subjects, where he adopts a student-centred and interactive teaching methodology to enhance learning outcomes. In addition to teaching, he has held several academic and administrative responsibilities, such as Coordinator of the Research and Innovation Cell, Faculty Forum Coordinator, and Management Representative for Quality Management Systems and ISO certification processes.
I have actively participated in national and international conferences, faculty development programmes, and research activities. My scholarly contributions include research papers published in peer-reviewed journals, with additional papers currently under review in Scopus and UGC CARE indexed journals. I was also honoured with the Runner-Up Best Paper Award at an international conference organised by ITM, Gwalior.
My academic interests extend to research, mentoring students, organising workshops and seminars, and promoting innovation in higher education. Through my teaching and research, I remain committed to nurturing future professionals and contributing to the advancement of commerce education.
