I always makes learning practical and interesting for learners to enjoy. I make sure every learner participates and takes every role in my teaching. Therefore, learners construct their own ideas in unique way as stated the by the "Constructivist Theory" of learning. I adopt teaching methodologies such as learner centered, inductive and deductive approach and also resulting to the use of multimedia. Since we individaual differences linking to " Gean Piaget's developmental stages, lessons are tailored to suit the ability of every learner in my class since the cognitive abilities are not the same. I have helped many learners understood concepts and lessons better during my national service at Asuofua Basic Primary School in Mathematics at grade 6 level as well as history. My first time of writing the B.E.C.E with my first private school at Cleverland Stars Academy at Ohwim - Kumasi has become my history as a social studies teacher. The reason is that, their best grade in social studies for the first batch more 5 upwards and when i took the second batch, five of them got 3 in social studies and the worst grade was 4.
I'm ever ready to assist any learner available at my disposal.
