I specialize in hotel operations support, Property Management Systems (PMS), hotel accounting, technical troubleshooting, and staff training, with a strong focus on practical hospitality workflows and service excellence. My role involves supporting daily hotel operations through efficient use of PMS software such as INNKEY PMS, handling reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, billing processes, night audit operations, and user management. I also assist in configuring system settings, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between front office, accounts, and IT departments.
In addition to PMS operations, I possess working knowledge of hotel accounting procedures including ledger management, payment vouchers, debit and credit notes, GST-related entries, and financial report handling. I regularly use Excel for MIS reporting, occupancy tracking, operational analysis, and data management to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
