Have you studied English for years but still feel nervous when it's time actually to speak? That's the most common thing I hear from my students, and it's exactly what we work on together. My name is Shajadul Alam Sweet. I'm an English teacher from Dhaka, and I've been helping learners build real confidence in speaking, not just knowledge of grammar. I also research why so many people in Bangladesh struggle with English even after years of studying it. So when you tell me what's not working for you, I usually already have a good idea of why.

I don't follow a fixed plan with everyone. We focus on what you actually need, whether it's job interviews, talking to your boss, giving a presentation, or just having a smooth everyday conversation. I've taught spoken English through 10 Minute School, one of the biggest online learning platforms in Bangladesh, working with school students, university learners, and working professionals. I know how to explain things and give feedback that helps you actually improve, not just feel good for a moment.

I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, and I'm currently doing my Master's in TESOL, a degree focused entirely on teaching English to speakers of other languages. I also hold certifications from the British Council and Arizona State University, and I have published six research articles in international academic journals.
