I have good skills in commerce and accounting subjects.. I have excellent grip in this both subjects. I can teach well

One of my neighbours son I taken classes for both subjects they got good marks.
I have patience to teach and clarify all the doubts in this subject. I will tell in better manner and simple methods to remember .
I will tell depth in subject to remember in easy manner..giving understandable examples...
Giving homeworks, asking questions repeatedly .
Is student understanding or not. Ask the student to give example problems her own.
Then he can understand subject properly.
