I am a compassionate and dedicated teacher and support system for students who require little extra help. With a two-year qualification from Canada in Education Assistance and Special Needs Support, I am very well familiar with developing IEP's and other assistance required for students . During my time in Canada, I had the opportunity to work with both children and adults with special needs in supportive learning and care environments. These experiences helped me develop patience, empathy, and a deeper understanding of individual learning needs.
After returning to India in 2023, I moved to Bengaluru in 2024 and began working as a Shadow Teacher at Harvest International School. In this role, I worked closely with a student and collaborated with parents and teachers to provide consistent academic and emotional support.
My work focused on:
Supporting classroom learning and participation
Improving sitting tolerance and attention during activities
Encouraging communication and social interaction
Assisting with behavioural regulation and emotional support
Helping develop independence in daily classroom routines
Providing one-on-one guidance with patience and encouragement
I strongly believe that every child learns in their own unique way and deserves a safe, understanding, and supportive environment to grow with confidence.
