Myself rifana. I provide a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. I can be friendly and interactive to students as well as complete my role very perfectly. I know how to keep kids focused using visual stimuli and positive reinforcement. I always discuss the needs of my pupils very carefully and aim to build their confidence in the subject. I find that practice in exam techniques invariably helps to rapidly improve grades. My aim is always to raise the achievements of my pupils beyond their own expectations with challenging and rewarding lessons.
