My approach is student centered and I focus on guiding students rather than dictating. I encourage exploration and collaboration with students. I am a teacher who takes students step by step in completing tasks to ensure there is full understanding of full concepts. I also recommend further reading materials and resources for students to explore. I am also patient and acknowledge that each student is different, therefore my approach is not a one size fits all but tailor made for the student as I take time to understand their level of understanding and specific needs. As someone with not just theoretical but also practical field experience, I make sure that I expose students to practical applications of different concepts to ensure readiness.
