My strength is learner engagement. I ensure every learner is well engaged based on their ability, talent and passion . I give room for the learner to seek clarification when needful after every session . Then I use the feedback to reflect on what should be done to ensure the learner is fully helped. I also ensure there is parental engagement because it plays a key role in ensuring the parents/guardians are also aware of the progress of their kids. This promotes a healthy relationship between the learners, parents/guardians and the teacher.
