I'm good at planning, especially short-time plan for students to achieve sensible target of hifz or other lesson. But the results will be in student's hand. What motivate me the most is the student's will, as it will results in their own achievement, and I will help them to achieve it as teacher. I can compromise with student's personal condition if they're demotivated while sticking to established plan and help them to complete it in time, as complete as possible. The plan for student's hifz is in their hand, based on their ability and day-to-day effort, will, and their own schedule, I'll add or reduce it to sensible and achievable goal
