I am a certified primary school educator based in Nairobi, Kenya, with over 5 years of classroom experience teaching Mathematics, Science, and English to primary pupils (Grades 4–6). I hold a Certificate in Primary Teacher Education from Presbyterian Teachers College, where I specialised in pedagogy, child psychology, and curriculum studies.

My teaching style is inquiry-based, visual, and interactive — I believe every child learns best when lessons are engaging and connected to real-life experiences. I use differentiated instruction to meet each learner at their level, whether they need extra support or a greater challenge.

What I Teach

Mathematics (Grades 4–6): Fractions, decimals, percentages, geometry, data handling, word problems, and mental arithmetic
Science (Grades 4–6): Living things, matter and its properties, forces and energy, earth and environment, and scientific inquiry
English (Grades 4–6): Reading comprehension, creative and essay writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling
Assignment Assistance: Guided support across Maths, Science, and English homework and assignments — helping learners understand concepts, not just complete tasks
My Approach

I design structured, goal-driven sessions with clear learning objectives for every lesson. I use visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts click. For assignment help, I walk learners through problems step by step, building understanding and independent thinking along the way. I also provide regular feedback and progress updates so parents are always in the loop.

My greatest reward as a tutor is watching a child go from saying "I don't get it" to solving problems with confidence. I am passionate about nurturing a genuine love for learning in every child I work with.
