I believe learning becomes meaningful when students feel supported, understood, and confident throughout their academic journey. My teaching approach is based on patience, clarity, empathy, and personalized mentorship, where students can freely discuss their ideas, doubts, and challenges without fear of judgement. With experience in architecture education, thesis mentoring, research guidance, and design studios, I focus not only on academic improvement but also on helping students build confidence in their own thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

I strongly believe that the right guidance and emotional support can positively impact a student's performance and overall growth. One of my students, while going through an extremely difficult personal phase during the pandemic, successfully completed her thesis under my mentorship and was awarded the Best Thesis Award. Experiences like these have strengthened my belief in creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated, comfortable, and capable of achieving their best potential. Whether it is thesis development, research methodology. design concepts, presentations, or technical guidance, I provide dedicated one-to-one mentorship tailored to each student's individual needs, pace, and academic goals.

  • Assistant professor (May, 2022–Oct, 2023) at school of planning and architecture bhopal
    Worked as an Assistant Professor at the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal, contributing to both undergraduate (B.Arch) and postgraduate (M.Arch - Architectural Conservation) programs. Responsibilities included teaching core subjects such as Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Building Construction, and Architectural Graphics, along with mentoring students through thesis and academic projects. Served as Thesis Coordinator, managing thesis processes, reviews, presentations, and academic coordination. Actively guided students in research-oriented and design-based learning through academic mentoring and studio engagement.
  • On-site Conservation Architect (Feb, 2022–May, 2022) at Conservation project, Ratlam, India
    Worked as a Conservation Architect for the restoration project of Bandstand, Ratlam, with responsibilities focused on on-site conservation practices, documentation, and project implementation as per INTACH DPR guidelines. Actively supervised restoration activities, monitored quality control measures, and ensured execution aligned with approved conservation standards and project requirements. Managed detailed architectural documentation, recording, cataloguing, and reporting of site findings, materials, and restoration processes. Also coordinated day-to-day site activities and implementation work to ensure systematic execution, compliance, and preservation of heritage values throughout the project.
