I use discussions, observation, practical.
The learner will begin to see there change in 2 weeks . They'll do projects, cats and examinations. I'll used the CBC grading format.
I give all learners a chance to improve.I focus with learners that are below Expectations and help them get to meeting expectations. I believe that every learner deserves a chance at performing better when offered the right guidance
