I am an experienced Hindustani Classical and Light Classical Vocal teacher and performer with many years of teaching and stage performance experience. I specialize in Thumri, Dadara, Chaiti, Jhula, Bhajan, Semi-Classical and Classical Vocal music.

I have worked as a music teacher and vocalist at Kathak Kendra (Lalit Kala Academy, Delhi) and have taught students from schools and private institutions. I have also performed at prestigious venues including Kamani Auditorium, Delhi and Raja Ranjeet Singh Gaikwad Laxmi Palace, Vadodara.

I have had the privilege of recording Thumri with legendary maestro Pandit Birju Maharaj and have received blessings from Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia during performances. I am an approved Classical and Light Classical vocalist of All India Radio (AIR) and have performed multiple times on Doordarshan and AIR.

My training comes from the rich Guru-Shishya Parampara under eminent gurus including Pandit Maniprasad, Pandit Birju Maharaj, Pandit Hemant Chattopadhaya and others.

In my classes, I focus on:

• Thumri expression and light classical aesthetics
• Beginner to advanced vocal training
• Harmonium support and practice techniques

Classes are available online through Zoom/Google Meet for children, beginners, intermediate and advanced learners.
