Learners are my priority. I handle both Cambridge from grade 1 to grade 6 and GES basic 1 to basic 9 learners. I teach mostly all the subjects, help learners with assignment and home schooling. I integrate ICT in my lesson and support learners with videos, audio, picture, class work and quizzes. I motivate learners by encouraging them as well. I used learners centered approach by facilitate the learners, I also used formative and summative assessment in my teaching and learning. Focus more on my learners and build on what they have already.
