I am a competent teacher who make sure I understand my learner/learners before I get into details with him/her so as to know what is expected of me to that learner.I give my learner a chance to explain his/her expectations so that I can work with that.I make sure my content is up to date with the Basic Curriculum Framework.I use different pedagogies depending on the need of the learner .I am friendly to my learners as this creates a good environment for me and my learners and am committed.
