I am currently a Research Scholar at Cotton University, Guwahati, with expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. She holds UGC NET and NE SLET qualifications and has teaching experience as a Lecturer for the B.Sc IT Programme at B. Borooah College and PG-DAI Programme at C-DAC, Guwahati. With a published research work in medical imaging (Elsevier, 2025) and active projects spanning neuroimaging, NLP, and applied AI, she brings real-world research depth into the classroom. I am also the founder of Engitech Minds, an AI/ML education venture dedicated to making artificial intelligence accessible to students and institutions across Northeast India.
Teaching Style
My teaching approach blends strong conceptual foundations with hands-on implementation, making complex computer science or even AI and ML topics approachable for beginners while also adapting the concept for advanced learners. I draw insights from my active research experience to bring relevant, real-world examples into every session, ensuring students don't just understand the theory, but can apply it confidently. I also believe that the process of learning need not be complex always, hence, I deliver the topics in a very understandable manner.

    As a Guest Lecturer at C-DAC, Guwahati for the programme Post Graduate Diploma in Artiificial Intelligence (PGDAI). Here, I taught the subjects including Machine Learning, Neural Network concepts, alongwith core Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision concepts.
  • Junior Research Fellow (Aug, 2024–Jul, 2025) at Cotton University
    I was assigned the role of a JRF for a blockchain based project. here my role was to develop a website and conduct preliminary research for the subject.
  • Lecturer (Aug, 2023–Jun, 2024) at B.Borooah College
    I was a Lecturer at the instituition for B.Sc Information Technology (IT) Programme. The subjects I had taught there were DBMS, Computer Graphics, C, C++, Data Structures, Graph Theory amongst the many.
