I believe in clearing the concepts of students if the concepts are clear then frequency of doubts will be less and students can learn things really well. I will give equal effort like the student to make his grades really well. Also I will make the classes interactive so the students don't feel bored and they find interest in studying. I will make the student fall in love with the student. Even if the student gets bad grades the blame will not be entirely on the student as efforts from both sides are necessary.
