I am a dedicated and compassionate special education teacher seeking a challenging role where I can
leverage my experience in differentiated instruction, behaviour management, and collaboration
to promote student growth and academic achievement. I work according to the child's need and strength and intervention plan using multi sensoy approach or UDL principles. I make sure that the intervention plan is flexible so that it can be accommodated according to parents and child's need. I also provide home plan to parents for not breaking the flow of intervention. If the child is having behavioural issues so the intervention plan also include some behavioural management techniques. Also make sure to improve social skills in child and aware parents for their child's right and schemes provided by the government.
