My journey with yoga began in 2000, when I first discovered Raja Yoga through Brahma Kumaris. Intrigued by the practice, I spent the following years deepening my personal practice and exploring various styles and traditions. This lifelong passion naturally evolved into a calling, and in 2019, I made the definitive decision to become a yoga teacher.
Today, I am a dedicated instructor with five years of experience teaching within the Satyananda/Bihar School of Yoga lineage here in the Philippines. I specialize in designing tailor-made sessions that foster both physical and mental well-being, ensuring that yoga is accessible and transformative for students of all levels.
My Teaching Philosophy: I am deeply committed to the continuous study and practice of yoga. I strive to embody its core principles daily, creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment for every student who steps onto the mat.
To ensure I always teach from a place of authenticity, I constantly nurture my own growth. I continue to deepen my yogic journey through daily personal sadhana and ongoing guidance from my teacher at Atma Darshan Yogashram.
