My tutoring style adapts to each student because no two learners are the same. I start with a quick diagnostic to find gaps, then explain concepts 2-3 ways: visuals, real-life analogies, and step-by-step practice. For hands-on learners we do drills. For others we use discussion and examples. I keep sessions interactive so students stay engaged and confident. Students I’ve worked with usually see 1-2 grade level improvements in a few months and feel less anxious during tests. What makes me effective is patience + clear explanations. I make tough topics feel simple and focus on building understanding, not just memorizing.
