As management student and now currently as a teacher I want say that love, respect your subject and you will get a change by yourself. First job for me as tutor or teacher make a student to fall in love with the subject they are reading, providing them a meaning of every terms that comes under subject management. I believe student get full knowledge through text book so I will guide them and teach them from their book. Reading from their text book give them enough knowledge which will be the one of the best foundation for them in future. I donot want them to remember me forever but when they listen management word in future their mind filter the memories that we have shared together to make a base strong and they smile themself and motivated themself for coming days.
