I always wanted to become a teacher to shape future generations in a better person with kindness, hardwork and smart work to make their family and the country to have proud on them.I always follow the standard procedure for every student to become a better person by knowing their interest and encouraging them to follow their own path in life to succeed and also weakness to help them overcome those weaknesses.
I also test my students after completing any chapter to know how much have they understood what I taught them. If they can't perform well in that test then I also try to understand that what does they don't understand to overcome that weakness.
And if they perform well then I also praise them for their interest in their better future.
Also after 1 month for every children I always provide the details of the students interest in my classes to make sure that no one will be left behind towards better future.
Also if any student will likely to be left behind then I will make sure to pull that student at the front to face it's fear
