Communication and collaboration is what makes me enjoy teaching. I also love parental engagement and involvement is highly appreciated for effective teamwork. Most of all, discpline is compulsory as it determines the overall expected outcome. This is achieved through teamwork and consistency. Patience is also a key factor as it builds not only hood relationship, but also aids the self-efficacy if the learner. I prefer online lessons as one is keen on time and it also curbs the short-comings that may prevent teaching and delivery as per the agreed time.
