When I start teahing first i take test after that i start teaching and if there is no any improvement in student then i will not teach them;
i take class test weekly and motivate the student thow you can move forwad in your subject withot stress.
also if the student get good marks in my test i also give a small prize to motivate him
NOTE-it is not mandatory that if student is in class 5 and if his syllabus has completed with in 4 month then i teach him for next class subject i will not wait for end of the session
