Am patient, goal oriented and I assess a student’s current level and adapt my tone and pace to their unique learning style. I create a safe space where making mistakes is viewed as a necessary part of the learning process and this encourages students to be more open to share their struggles and in returns helps my to find a more learner oriented approach. I also love to demonstrate how to solve a problem,then try and solve it together with the learner and also give them time to solve it on their own and if not able to I try and repeat the process while actively asking where they found it hard or easy to solve. I also love to introduce marking milestone whereby if the student is able to complete the given assignment and within the given timeline there's a reward like no homework for the day or ending class early than normal or doing something fun for a change.As a result, my students don't just memorize information; they build tangible skills. I have successfully guided learners from feeling completely overwhelmed by technical theories to confidently completing their own practical projects and establishing independent, structured study habits which in return is the joy of every teacher and parent
