I try to understand the nessisity of the child means how weak he is in the subject and try to convert those weakness into his strength.
I have experience to teach many children having zero knowledge and converted them into skilled and confident student.
I mainly focuses on the weak student, who has less confidence, by giving them boost n encouragement in his studies and by achieving a good score in class and gain more knowledge.
I'll make sure that in each class they should learn something new and exciting by improving their weakness.
I feel more happy by seeing the improvement of the child day by day.
This gives me satisfaction and hope to try even more harder to shape the future of a child, and get success in further.
Quote - "No child is week or failure. It is we, who don't understand their weakness and strength".
(We need to understand them how there brain works because all brains works differently.)

    I use to teach around 15 to 16 students at a time for all subjects but mainly focuses on maths, science and sst. I have more than 6 yrs of experience.
