Clarifying their doubts etc.
I will get them with good results.
Having patience while tutoring them.
According to the students mind set tutoring should be done.For all kids same methods cannot be followed.Each kids have different grasping minds.So we have to communicate and teach accordingly.Home work should be given and checked out to on next day.

Teaching kids is a passion and they get out framed very fast.
