I am a Learning & Development and Human Resources professional with a strong focus on capability building, workplace learning, and practical skill development. Alongside L&D and HR, I work closely with Design Thinking methodologies and Entrepreneurship frameworks to help learners connect theory with real-world application.

My goal as a tutor is simple: to help individuals become confident, job-ready, and capable of applying structured thinking in professional and business environments.
