I believe in adapting with the child's learning style instead of going the traditional way I practice such routines that work for the specific child. Pressure is something I do not believe in but outcome is something garunteed from me. I work well with young children and help the adapt to new topics, fulfill their curiosity and help them have a proper base for their upcoming senior years, I keep flexibility for their schedules.
