I a performing musician. Vocal and ghatam artist for the past 15 years. I am very good at teaching the nuances of ragam and thalam even for adults who want to begin their music journey. I can tailor make the classes according to the students interest. I am training children and adults. I have interest in adults who once learnt in childhood and want to get back to music. I give importance to students learning compositions thoroughly more than teaching a lot of repertoire without assimilating the ones taught already. Retention is important for me. I have learnt a lot techniques to simplify the concepts of carnatic music for kids from my mother who has been teaching her whole life.
