My teaching approach is student-centered, patient, and adaptive. I take time to assess each learner’s level of understanding and adjust my explanations accordingly—whether that means simplifying difficult topics, using practical examples, or guiding step-by-step problem-solving. I believe that learning is most effective when students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in the discussion.
In nursing and health sciences, I emphasize clinical reasoning, understanding pathophysiology, and connecting theory to actual patient care scenarios. For general science, I make lessons engaging and easy to grasp by breaking down concepts into clear, structured explanations. In research, I help students understand everything from forming hypotheses to analyzing data, ensuring they gain both knowledge and confidence in conducting studies.
Beyond academics, I value patience, empathy, and clear communication—qualities that are essential both in teaching and in healthcare. My goal is not only to help students pass exams but to truly understand the subject, build confidence, and develop skills they can use in real-life situations.
