Well, teaching is second nature to me (my very first nature being that of a philosopher's). I always focus on enhancing the students' overall involvement and interest in academics and beyond. Thoroughly enjoying the company of children, across a span of over 2 decades, the profession of tutoring them into successful, positive beings never fails to enliven my spirits. I am very certain that every child is unique in his/her own way, and hence, to try and impart education to them, simply by stuffing them all inside the four walls of a classroom and asking them to follow the very same steps, do the very same homework and answer the very same questions (which most of the educational institutions, including the top-tier schools, do) would be an overly erroneous approach. I have consciously abstained myself from being associated with any school/college/educational institution just to make sure not to practise the very similar mechanical way of imparting education to children, and subsequently ended up being a home tutor instead.
