I provide proven and tested life long learning strategy in making student overcome their difficulties, understand the concept, and prepare them for independent learning. I don't just assist them in completing assigned task, I make sure they understood and be able to apply in real life what they learn. I prepare them to accomplish requirements for higher level mathematics. I make sure they can solve/analyze all types of problems related to the topic. I don't ask students to memorize formulas, I make them understand the basic concept and teach them to derive other formulas that is required for the given scenario
