I am an experienced Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, passionate about helping teams and learners understand how Agile works in real-world projects. I focus on teaching Scrum fundamentals, Agile ceremonies, and practical ways to manage and deliver projects using Agile methodologies.

I guide students through key Scrum practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while explaining the role of a Scrum Master in facilitating collaboration and removing team impediments. Along with the Scrum framework, I also provide hands-on guidance on commonly used Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and other project management tools used for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
