**As a Head of Inclusion, I have strengthened inclusion systems across multiple schools by ensuring full alignment with ADEK standards and creating clear, sustainable processes for early identification, IEP development, and intervention planning. I work closely with teachers through coaching and training to build their confidence in differentiation and behaviour support, and I maintain strong communication with parents and external specialists to ensure that every child receives the right support. My leadership focuses on student wellbeing, accurate documentation, and data-driven decision-making. I take pride in creating an inclusive school culture where all learners—whether SEN, SOD, or gifted—are valued, supported, and given opportunities to succeed.
